Privacy Policy.

Paralleliq, Inc. ('we', 'us') provides a GPU infrastructure optimization layer. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to operate the service and we do not sell personal information.

Account data (name, work email, company) when you create an account or contact us. Operational telemetry from your fleet (workload metadata, utilization, KV cache profiles) when you opt in. We do not collect end-user prompts or model outputs.

When you send a form on this site we collect what you enter. A demo, pricing, partner or scan request: your name, work email and company, and anything else you add, such as fleet size. A job application: your name, email, the role, your LinkedIn address if you give one, and anything you write to us. We use a request to reply to it and to follow up about Paralleliq, and an application only to consider you for a role.

To deliver and improve the service, to communicate with you about updates and incidents, to detect abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. We never train models on your fleet telemetry without explicit, separate consent.

We share data with service providers (cloud hosting, error tracking, analytics) under contract and only as needed. Forms on this site are delivered to us by a form-handling provider, Web3Forms, which processes what you submit in order to send it to us by email. We share information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property. We do not sell your data.

Operational telemetry is retained for the period configured in your tenant, typically 30 to 90 days. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to satisfy compliance and audit requirements. Requests sent through website forms are kept while we are in contact with you. Job applications are kept for as long as we are considering the application, and are deleted on request.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@paralleliq.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
